@Betsy Barron: The setup was really simple. I used a cast iron frying pan to get a dark background. I placed the pan under the shower and adjusted the flow to get a couple of seconds delay between each drop. Then it´s all about timing which isn´t that hard if you have a periodic dripping. A flash was fired straight forward and that´s about it. I was lucky because this particular 'crown' shape seems to be much harder to catch than a drop bouncing up from the surface. I was in a hurry so I settled for 5 or 6 shots and I´m sure much better results can be achieved with other points of view or distances from the lens to the drop. And of course, I pre-focused the camera and just tried a reasonably short shutter speed. Hope this helps and thanks for your comment Betsy! /Peter
